When not to build

Building isn't always the answer. If that's your case, we'll tell you before the proposal.

  • If an existing SaaS covers the process with minor tweaks, adapt it: it's cheaper and faster.
  • If the process still changes every week, stabilise it first; software freezes whatever it finds.
  • If nobody in the business will own the tool after launch, it will be abandoned.
