Taller Pineda: one URL per plate instead of three calls a day
Fictional business. This concept shows how the studio works; it isn't a client project and has no results to report.

The problem
“Customers call three times a day asking about their car. Half my day is WhatsApp.” Each car's status exists, but only in the shop foreman's head.
The idea
Every service order gets its own page, identified by the licence plate: photo diagnosis, quote and progress by stage, so the customer checks instead of calling.
Open the concept site (opens in a new tab)What's built
- Shop website with a car blueprint that draws itself on scroll and breaks apart by system.
- A selector of sample orders showing what each plate's status would look like.
- Capabilities, process and workshop sections, in Spanish and English.
What's a mock-up
- The shop, plates and figures are fictional.
- The per-plate page, diagnosis photos, quote approval and WhatsApp notifications are described in the concept but not built: the four orders are fixed data.
What it shows
- How a simple status portal targets the real cost of the problem: time on the phone.
- Starting from an object the business already uses — the plate — to identify each case.
